He is so happy to back in the routine of school. I hope they continue with the music/dance classes at the center. All of the developmentally disabled adults love music and a chance to be dance. Even Denny does the sort of "Snoopy dance" or "Rainman dance".
We had a fun party at Suzanne and Jason's on Saturday. It was their first party in their new home and it was a rousing success. Samuel was especially happy to have so many people giving him so much attention. We laughed into the evening and walked home in the rain. (well, only a block). Ha!

On New Years Day, it was a much smaller group than usual. Some were ill and some had other plans. It was fun and laid back. After the White Elephant game, Nancy, Victoria, Eve, and Rachel played FARKLE. (a game Nancy got for Christmas). Of course, we had the usual New Year's day meal with collards and Hopping John, Ham and turkey and much, much more. Thanks to Victoria and Michael for the mash potatoes and sweet potato souffle and the Green bean casserole from Dennis and Doreen.
Our little theatre group is looking forward to our next outing at SOUTH PACIFIC at Holy Cross. We have been enjoying theatre at Holy Cross for over 25 years and they are to be commended for all the food and help they give to the homeless with the funds raised by the production. We are official groupies and thanks to Nancy we will still be sitting up front cheering the actors on!
The twelve days of Christmas are over but our trees are still up. I guess we will take them down soon but I really will miss them. Sigh............

Sounds like a good time was had by all... Glad to hear that Denny's check-up went well!! :)
Denny sure has been getting a lot of mileage out of that one picture of him working. I guess it really does pay to have good publicity...
Sounds like you have had a fantastic start to the new year!
