It is beyond cold, folks, and I am happy to be cuddled up with my sweet hubby, Jim, and the Denny Man. Like every one else Denny's school was closed today so I didn't go to work. Jim didn't go either and I am so happy because he has to drive so very far to work. The roads were very icy and the Weather Channel showed lots of bumper car events. The report of a 27 car pile up was enough to keep me under the covers today.
Well, I caught up on the laundry and actually started taking down the Christmas decorations. I love Christmas so this is hard to do. Plus, it is too cold to open the door to the attic to put all this stuff away.
We have plans for Saturday but it remains to be seen if we can drive anywhere safely.
Well, I guess I have to fold all these clothes I washed and put them away. I would rather play on the computer or read some of my books but duty calls. Jim is cooking some delicious Hot Apple Cider with yummy seasonings. Ummmmm That will warm me up.
